Experimental introduction of automated voice notification at the stops on the 150 bus line

The system is designed to automatically announce the current and next stop on the route of the 150 bus line. Nine vehicles have been equipped with a LE: LAD 4600R unit. The technical requirements were met through additional hardware and software modules (by necessary modifications to the drivers’ panel, development of software for processing of the GPS data and audio playback of the result; voice recording of the stop’s names).
