Issuance and topping up of smartcard

For the issuance of a smartcard you must complete and submit an application in the travel card outlets of the Urban Mobility Centre EOOD. Passengers are entered in the database of the automated system. Upon request, the passenger may be issued a card without an application and without making an entry of the passenger’s details in the database of the automated system (only for anonymous cards). In the event of loss of such card, the credited period or tickets will not be refunded.

For passengers entitled to a concession, a photo must be attached to the application. 

Not only the cardholder may travel with an anonymous card!

  

After issuance the card is ready to be credited. The passenger has the right to select the desired fare depending on the card type – period or 5 or 10 trips (or multiples of 10). After the topping up you will be issued with a cash receipt, on which will be printed the period and the line (lines) and/or the number of trips, as well as their price.
