Features of disabled parking cards
The cards for concession parking in the Blue Zone, issued to disabled persons, must be of the plastic contactless smartcard variety. The visual information, printed on the outer surfaces of the cards for concession parking in the Blue Zone must be as follows:
- On the front – the international “Disabled” symbol on a solid blue background.
- On the reverse – full name and recent picture of the holder of a blue badge permit and the inscription "Disabled Parking Card”.
The card’s chip must contain the following electronic information:
- ID № of at least 7 digits;
- Date of issue;
- Validity period;
- № of the card in the registry of duly issued cards for preferential parking in the Blue Zone;
- № and date of issue of the expert decision (TELK, NELK, RELK, CRELK are documents that certify physical disabilities).
