Criteria for issuing a disabled parking license

Persons unable to move without the aid of a wheelchair, orthopaedic equipment, external prostheses, crutches or assistance from others due to a disability, i.e. persons unable to stay upright without supporting equipment and with permanent impairment of motor function that affects standing, moving and endurance. The percentage specified for the permanently reduced fitness for work of those people (respectively limited capability of social adaptation in children) should be more than 50% (fifty percent).

The above specified group also includes persons with defined percentage of permanently reduced fitness for work (respectively limited capability of social adaptation in children) of over 90% (ninety percent) due to heart or pulmonary diseases. People with full bilateral blindness as well as people with defined percentage of permanently reduced fitness for work (respectively limited capability of social adaptation in children) of over 90% due to impaired vision.
