Filling out the voucher

An example on how to fill in a voucher:

With a voucher you may pay for parking on public streets and squares, owned by the municipality, where the BLUE ZONE scheme for short-stay paid parking has been introduced by virtue of decision of the Sofia District Court and Order by the Mayor of the Municipality of Sofia.

The voucher is filled out as follows:

• The start of the parking is marked by perforating the month, day, hours and minutes or crossing them out with an inerasable writing implement. A period of 15 minutes which has been started shall not be taken into account.
• The completed voucher must be placed behind the windshield of your car in a position that makes the markings on the vouchers easily seen from the outside.
• When placing two or more vouchers, they should be legible and in clear sight.

A stay longer than the period shown on the road sign is forbidden.

Vouchers can be bought from desks designated therefor or newspaper kiosks. Alternatively they can be bought from and perforated by a conductor.
