Resident parking

Decision No. 15599 from 17.12.2009 of the Supreme Administrative Court on administrative case No 6988/2009 whereby Section 2.3 - Scheme for Prepaid Preferential Parking of Residents’ Vehicles” of the Ordinance on Traffic Organization in the Municipality of Sofia was repealed on grounds of its failure to conform to the law.
