Business Parking Permit

A paid Business Parking Scheme may be introduced in specially designated parts of streets, squares and car-parks, owned by the municipality.

Rules and conditions for selection of the locations are approved by order of the Mayor of Sofia Municipality.

THE BUSINESS PARKING SCHEME SHALL BE VALID ONLY ON WORKING DAYS FROM 08:30am to 07:30pm.

Requirements for hiring of parking spaces under business parking scheme:

Application – self-composed text to the Traffic Organization and Safety Department at the Municipality of Sofia, with manager eng. Petar Nestorov (company details, number of parking spaces, as well as the exact address where the tenants will use the parking spaces). Parking spaces shall be rented only at the specified address or near the site.
Copy of UIC (BULSTAT).
Copy of court decision.
Copy of rental contract or copy of the notarized deed for the desired address. The documents specified above shall be submitted at: 17 Budapeshta St., ap. 7 between 10.00 and 12.00 every day. After preparation of the permit and the sketch, they shall be paid for at the cash office of the department (BGN 30) upon their receipt.

With the received documents you must visit the Urban Mobility Centre EOOD, Parking and Mobility Division, with address 17 Budapeshta St., ap. 3, Business Permit Department, where for preparation of the contract you will also need:

Copy of the certificate of good standing of the company,
Copy of UIC (BULSTAT)
Specification of the person who shall sign the contract and their position,
Contact telephone number.

PRICES:

BLUE ZONE – BGN 375 with VAT excluded per month for 1 (one) parking space;
CENTRE Zone – BGN 325 with VAT excluded per month for 1 (one) parking space;
OUT OF CENTRE zone - BGN 220 with VAT excluded per month for 1 (one) parking space.

If you pay in advance for 1 (one) year – 10% discount.

If you pay in advance for 6 (six) months – 5% discount.
