As of 02.02.2009 Car Parks and Garages EOOD is incorporated into SKGT Sofia. The name of the new company is Urban Mobility Centre EOOD, and it is assignee of the entire business of SKGT Sofia.

Urban Mobility Centre EOOD consists of a Main Administration with the following departments:

• Operation and Automated Travel Monitoring and Management System Department,
• Economy and Automated Fare Collection System Department
•  Infrastructure Department,
• Financial Reporting Department / Head Accountant,
•  Legal Department / Head Legal Adviser  

and the divisions:

• REVENUE COLLECTION
• PARKING AND MOBILITY.

The business of Urban Mobility Centre covers:

• Organization, management, monitoring and funding of public transport on the territory of Sofia Municipality as an integrated transport process;
   
• Issuance of tickets and travels cards, collection of revenue from the transport activity
   
• Common planning of operational activity in Sofia, traffic schedules and route optimization;
   
• Operation of data management system for monitoring and control of traffic based on GPS identification;
   
• Operation of common automated fare collection system;
   
• Promotional and informative services in public transport;
   
• Maintenance, repairs and construction of new infrastructure: railway, catenary and cable grid, rectifier substations and non-garage facilities – stations, station signs and shelters, termini, bus stations and stops;
   
• Traffic light control,
   
• Investment, construction, operation and maintenance of car parks, garages and parking spaces on municipal property in Sofia;
   
• Letting of parking spaces;
   
• Car park servicing activities
